What is accIpxNetX25FacIndex?
This stores an integer index (0 to 255) pointing to an optional X.25 facility string containing advanced connection parameters, or 0 if standard options are used. Engineers reference facility strings when their X.25 carrier requires non-default settings like reverse charging, throughput class negotiation, or special flow control. A value of 0 means standard X.25 options; 5 might reference a predefined facility string for a specific carrier's requirements.
