The value to be found in the Destination Network Field, or 0x00000000.

What is accIpxNetFltrDestination?

This is the current version of a network filter storing a 4-byte destination IPX network address to match, or 0x00000000 as a wildcard. Engineers use this to create rules that apply only to packets going to specific networks. For example, 11223344 will only match traffic heading to network 11223344, letting you handle different destinations differently.
