What is accIpxNetEntryStat?

This stores an enumerated status value indicating whether this network configuration entry is valid and active, or is scheduled for deletion. Operators use this to manage the configuration table lifecycle, marking entries as active to enable them or invalid to remove them safely. A value of active(1) means the entry is in use; setting it to invalid(4) triggers deletion of the entire IPX network configuration row.
