What is accIpxCkSum?
This OID enables or disables IPX packet checksum verification performed by the device. Network engineers configure this based on whether the network infrastructure can tolerate the CPU overhead of checksum calculations or if data integrity is critical. For example, disabling checksums might be done on heavily loaded routers where CPU is the bottleneck and packet loss is already low.
