accIpNetSrcIfIndex

Module: ACC-MIB

OID (symbolic): ACC-MIB::accIpNetSrcIfIndex

OID (numeric): 1.3.6.1.4.1.5.1.1.40.1.1.1

Node type: OBJECT-TYPE

Type: INTEGER

Access: read-write

Description: The ifIndex of the unnumbered interface.

What is accIpNetSrcIfIndex?

This OID identifies which interface is configured as an unnumbered interface by storing its ifIndex (interface number). Unnumbered interfaces reuse an IP address from another interface, and engineers need to track which physical interface is unnumbered for configuration and troubleshooting. For example, a value of 2 means interface 2 is the unnumbered interface.

Examples

Walk all instances (SNMPv2c):

snmpwalk -v2c -c public <target> 1.3.6.1.4.1.5.1.1.40.1.1.1
snmpwalk -v2c -c public <target> ACC-MIB::accIpNetSrcIfIndex

Get a specific instance (index 1):

snmpget -v2c -c public <target> 1.3.6.1.4.1.5.1.1.40.1.1.1.1
snmpget -v2c -c public <target> ACC-MIB::accIpNetSrcIfIndex.1

Set instance 1 (SNMPv2c):

snmpset -v2c -c private <target> 1.3.6.1.4.1.5.1.1.40.1.1.1.1 i <value>
