What is accIpIfFiltEditOp1?
This object specifies the first logical operator (AND, OR, NOT) used to combine the filter criteria with the protocol field. Engineers use this to build complex filter rules that require multiple conditions to be true. For example, setting this to 'and' means both the source address and protocol must match.
