What is accIpIfFiltDispPktDir?

This read-only OID indicates whether a filter is applied to incoming traffic (input), outgoing traffic (output), or both directions (global). Network engineers review this to understand filter scope and processing order, since input and global filters are evaluated before output filters. A value indicating 'Input' means the filter only examines packets arriving on the interface.
