What is accIpIfFiltDispLastMatchTime?
This object records the system uptime (in TimeTicks) when this filter last matched a packet. Engineers use this to troubleshoot whether a filter is still active or has become dormant. For example, if the current uptime is 500000 ticks and this shows 498000, the filter was triggered about 2000 ticks ago.
