What is accHdlcRrPolling?
This is the T3 timer value in milliseconds that sets how long to wait for a response to a Receive-Ready poll on HDLC links. Network engineers tune this based on the expected round-trip latency and responsiveness of the remote device to avoid unnecessary timeout errors. Example: a value of 1000 means wait 1 second for response, while 5000 means wait 5 seconds for slower links.
