Description:

FCS Mode.

What is accHdlcFCS?

This selects which frame checksum (FCS) mode to use—typically 16-bit CRC, 32-bit CRC, or other variants—for detecting errors in HDLC frames. Both ends of an HDLC link must use the same FCS mode or frames will be rejected during validation. Example: mode value 1 might select 16-bit CRC (suitable for most links), while mode 2 selects 32-bit CRC for higher-noise environments.
