Number of frames that could not be transmitted due to lack of resources.

What is accFrStatXmtDrops?

This OID counts outbound frames that the device could not send because it ran out of buffer space or transmission capacity. Network engineers monitor this to identify when Frame Relay interfaces are saturated or memory-constrained, causing packet loss on the outbound path. A value of 890 means 890 outbound frames have been dropped due to resource limits, which could impact application performance.
