What is accFrStatUnkIes?

This counter tallies DLCMI frames containing Information Elements (IE) that the device does not recognize or support. Network engineers track this to identify version mismatches, vendor-specific protocol extensions, or incompatible equipment on either end of the circuit. A count of 8 means 8 frames arrived with unrecognized IE types, possibly from newer equipment using proprietary protocol extensions.
