What is accFrStatRcvDrops?

This OID counts how many inbound Frame Relay frames were dropped because the device ran out of buffer memory or processing capacity. Network engineers monitor this counter to detect resource exhaustion problems on Frame Relay interfaces that might cause packet loss. A value of 1250 means 1,250 frames have been discarded due to resource constraints since the interface came up or the counter was reset.
