What is accFrParmAddrLen?

This parameter sets the address field width in Frame Relay frames to 2, 3, or 4 octets, directly determining the maximum number of DLCIs supported. Network engineers adjust this based on the carrier's service requirements; smaller addresses support fewer virtual circuits, while larger ones support more. Setting this to 2 bytes limits the device to 1,024 DLCIs, while 4 bytes allows up to 16 million DLCIs.

Examples

Walk all instances (SNMPv2c):

snmpwalk -v2c -c public <target> 1.3.6.1.4.1.5.1.1.20.3.1.3
snmpwalk -v2c -c public <target> ACC-MIB::accFrParmAddrLen

Get a specific instance (index 1):

snmpget -v2c -c public <target> 1.3.6.1.4.1.5.1.1.20.3.1.3.1
snmpget -v2c -c public <target> ACC-MIB::accFrParmAddrLen.1

Set instance 1 (SNMPv2c):

snmpset -v2c -c private <target> 1.3.6.1.4.1.5.1.1.20.3.1.3.1 i <value>
