What is accFrLinkState?
This OID tracks the operational state of the Frame Relay link (up, down, testing, or other status). Network engineers check this to determine if the Frame Relay interface is operational and ready to carry traffic. A value of "up" means the link is active; a value of "down" indicates it is not connecting, which would prevent any Frame Relay traffic.
