accFrDlcmiType
Module: ACC-MIB
OID (symbolic): ACC-MIB::accFrDlcmiType
OID (numeric): 1.3.6.1.4.1.5.1.1.20.3.1.10
Node type: OBJECT-TYPE
Type: INTEGER
Access: read-write
Description: Link Maintenance is assymmetrical, so one end must be user, the other network. Normally the bridge/router is user.
What is accFrDlcmiType?
This object designates whether the device acts as the 'user' side (router/endpoint) or 'network' side in the asymmetrical DLCMI link maintenance exchange. Network engineers must set this correctly to match the physical role; mismatched roles prevent status messages from being recognized. Setting this to 'user' is standard and correct for routers and bridges connecting to a carrier's Frame Relay network.
