What is accFrCktOctetRcvs?
This counter sums all bytes received on this Frame Relay circuit. You use it to measure inbound traffic volume and to verify that data is actually arriving, not just being transmitted. A value of 4,800,000 octets received shows you're getting roughly balanced bidirectional traffic.
