Description: Number of frames received from the network in- dicating forward congestion since the circuit was created.

What is accFrCktFECNrcvds?

This counter accumulates the number of FECN (Forward Explicit Congestion Notification) frames received from the Frame Relay network on this circuit. Rising FECN counts indicate the network is congested in the forward direction, and you'd use this to diagnose bandwidth bottlenecks or adjust traffic shaping. A sudden jump from 50 to 5,000 FECNs over an hour suggests the network experienced a congestion event.
