Description:

The value of sysUpTime when the circuit was created.

What is accFrCktCreateTime?

This timestamp (in system uptime ticks) marks when this Frame Relay circuit was first created or connected. You use it to calculate how long a circuit has been active and to correlate circuit creation time with network configuration changes. A value of 1,234,567 ticks means the circuit came up 1,234,567 system clock ticks after the device last rebooted.
