What is accEnetStatMultRetrys?

This counter records the total number of retry attempts made by the Ethernet interface across all transmission failures. High retry counts signal that the interface or its physical segment is experiencing frequent transmission problems that reduce throughput and reliability. For instance, 10,000 total retries over a monitoring period indicates serious link degradation that requires checking for bad cables, worn connectors, or interference.
