What is accEnetStatLateColls?

This counter measures late collisions—collisions detected after a frame has already begun transmitting, which should not happen on properly configured networks. A network engineer cares about this because late collisions indicate either excessive cable lengths (violating Ethernet distance rules) or malfunctioning repeater hubs that violate collision domain timing. For example, a count of 3 late collisions suggests the cable run exceeds 100 meters or a repeater is improperly configured and needs replacement or relocation.
