Number of losses of carrier detected.

What is accEnetStatCarrierLosts?

This counter increments when the device detects a loss of carrier signal on the Ethernet link, meaning the physical connection drops mid-transmission. Carrier loss indicates brief link interruptions caused by cable disconnects, switch port resets, or transceiver failures. Example: a value of 2 means the link went down momentarily twice, interrupting transmission and requiring frames to be resent.
