accEnetStatCRCErrs
Module: ACC-MIB
OID (symbolic): ACC-MIB::accEnetStatCRCErrs
OID (numeric): 1.3.6.1.4.1.5.1.1.8.3.1.2
Node type: OBJECT-TYPE
Type: Counter
Access: read-only
Description: Number of CRC (Checksum) errors detected on this port.
What is accEnetStatCRCErrs?
This counter increments each time an Ethernet frame arrives with a CRC (Cyclic Redundancy Check) error, indicating checksum corruption. Rising CRC error counts often signal physical-layer problems such as loose cable connections, damaged cabling, or electromagnetic interference. Example: if this counter reaches 18, eighteen frames arrived with checksum corruption, suggesting cable or connector issues on that port.
