Number of EGP state changes.

What is accEgpStateChanges?

Counts the total number of times the EGP neighbor relationship has transitioned between up and down states. A network technician reviews this to measure peering stability—a high count in a short time indicates flapping and means the link needs investigation. Example: A count of 15 state changes in one hour signals an unstable link; healthy peering typically shows 0–2 changes per day.
