What is accDialPortRetryInterval?
This OID stores the number of seconds the system waits between dial connection attempts (measured in TimeTicks). A network engineer configures this value to control how quickly the system should retry failed connections without overwhelming the modem or phone line. Setting it to 30 means the system waits 30 seconds after a failed call before attempting to dial again.
