The name associated with the call address. The combination of name and password is used for the outbound PAP negotiation.
What is accDialPortName?
This OID stores the username that the dial port uses for PAP authentication, paired with the password OID during remote access negotiation. The engineer configures this to match the account credentials required by the ISP or remote access server. A value of "admin@isp.com" means the system sends this username when authenticating the dialup connection.
