What is accDialPortMessageLevel?
This OID controls the verbosity level of diagnostic messages logged for this dial port, ranging from error-only (level 1) to detailed dial activity and state changes (level 7). Engineers enable higher levels temporarily during troubleshooting to see what's happening during connection failures, then lower them to reduce log noise. Setting it to 5 enables dial activity logging so you see when outbound calls occur.
