What is accDialPortIndex?

Identifies which dial port is being configured, serving as the table index for the dial port configuration. This is how the system distinguishes between multiple dial ports that may exist on the same device. A value of 1 refers to the first dial port, 2 to the second, allowing you to manage multiple independent backup configurations.
