Source range end for this Appletalk entry in the dial originate database.

What is accDialOrigAtSourceEnd?

This OID stores the highest AppleTalk source network address permitted to trigger this dial rule (data type: 2-byte OCTET STRING). It completes the source filtering range that prevents unwanted dial initiation from other parts of the network. Setting it to 0x05:0x00 means only traffic from AppleTalk networks 256 through 1280 can activate this rule.
