The number of seconds the system will wait be- fore retrying a failed call.

What is accDialBackupRetry?

Sets how many seconds the system waits before attempting to reconnect if a dial backup call fails (range 0 to 3600 seconds). This prevents the system from continuously hammering a dead connection, which wastes bandwidth and resources. Setting this to 60 means 'wait 60 seconds after a failed call before trying again.'
