Description:

The ifIndex value of the port backing up the primary port.

What is accDialBackupPort?

Specifies which network interface will serve as the backup link when the primary connection fails. You configure this on systems that need automatic failover capability, such as WAN routers with dial-on-demand backup. Setting this to interface index 2 means 'use interface 2 as the backup when interface 1 goes down.'
