If the average sum of ifInDiscards, ifInEr- rors, ifOutDiscards, ifOutErrors, accLapbStat- BadFCSIns, accLapbStatT1Timeouts, accLapbSta- tREJIns, and accLapbStatREJOuts exceeds this value, a call will be placed. The call will be cleared when the average be- comes zero.

What is accDialBackupCallError?

Triggers a backup call if the average error rate (including discards, CRC failures, and timeouts) exceeds this configured count. Network engineers set this to activate backup when the primary link becomes unreliable, not just slow. A value of 10 means 'if average errors exceed 10 per sampling period, immediately dial the backup.'
