OID (numeric): 1.3.6.1.4.1.5.1.1.6.6.1.15

Node type: OBJECT-TYPE

Type: Counter

Access: read-only

Description:

The number of times the neighbor was connected and no history buffer could be allocated.

What is accCompressX25StatNoBufAvails?

This counter tracks how many times the X.25 neighbor was actively connected but the system couldn't allocate a history buffer for compression. A network engineer should monitor this metric because recurring buffer allocation failures indicate memory pressure or configuration issues on the device. A value of 45 means buffer allocation failed 45 times since the device booted, suggesting memory constraints or too many simultaneous compression sessions.
