Description:
The administrative status of data compression for this neighbor. ON enables data compression and OFF disables it. Setting the status to INVALID permanently removes the entry from the table.
What is accCompressX25NeighborStatus?
This OID manages compression activation for an X.25 neighbor, allowing independent enable, disable, or entry removal. Engineers adjust this to control compression on X.25 circuits without disrupting the connection. Setting this to "ON" enables compression to reduce X.25 packet overhead, while "INVALID" removes the neighbor entry.
