Description:

The total number of uncompressed packets presented for decompression (i.e., packets which could not be compressed and were therefore received in their uncompressed form).

What is accCompressPhysStatUnCompIns?

This counter tracks uncompressed packets received from the peer that couldn't be compressed on the sender's side and were transmitted uncompressed to save processing time. If this value is very high relative to compressed input, it signals that compression is ineffective for the traffic types on this link. A value of 200 means 200 packets arrived in uncompressed form because compression would have expanded them.
