What is accCompressPhysStatPacketsIns?
This counter counts the total uncompressed packets that were successfully generated on the receive side by the decompressor. Engineers care about this to track decompression throughput and confirm the decompression engine is functioning correctly. A value of 5,000 means the decompressor has successfully reconstructed 5,000 packets since operation began.
