Description: The number of times the neighbor was connected and no history buffer could be allocated.

What is accCompressPhysStatNoBufAvails?

This counter tracks the number of times the physical port tried to allocate a history buffer for compression but failed due to memory exhaustion. If this counter is high, it signals that the device is under memory pressure or has too many concurrent compression sessions configured. A value of 25 means buffer allocation failures occurred 25 times during normal operation, a warning sign of resource constraints.
