Description:

The total number of uncompressed packets presented for decompression (i.e., packets which could not be compressed and were therefore received in their uncompressed form).

What is accCompressFfrStatUnCompIns?

This counter counts packets that arrived uncompressed because they could not be compressed at the source on this frame relay circuit. Network engineers care about this value because a high ratio indicates the traffic is inherently incompressible, suggesting compression provides little benefit. If 80% of packets come uncompressed, you may want to disable compression to save CPU.
