Description:
The total number of uncompressed packets presented for decompression (i.e., packets which could not be compressed and were therefore received in their uncompressed form).
What is accCompressDialStatUnCompIns?
This counter counts packets that arrived in uncompressed form because they could not be compressed on the sending end. Network engineers care about this metric because it shows how much incoming traffic consists of incompressible data like already-compressed images or encrypted files. A high proportion here means compression is less effective on this link.
