What is accCompressDialStatResyncs?
This counter tracks how many times the compression history buffers at both ends had to be reset to regain synchronization. Network engineers monitor resyncs because each reset interrupts data flow and indicates instability in the compression stream. If resyncs happen multiple times per hour, the dial link probably has quality or corruption issues.
