Description: The total number of uncompressed packets generated by decompression.
What is accCompressDialStatPacketsIns?
This counter records the total number of packets that are reconstructed after decompression on the receiving end of a dial connection. Engineers use this to verify that decompression is functioning correctly and the remote equipment is successfully sending compressed data. A steadily increasing counter means the compression pipeline is active and working end-to-end.
