What is accCompressDialStatNoBufAvails?

This counter tracks how many times the system failed to allocate memory for compression history buffers when a new connection arrived. Network engineers care about this because it indicates memory pressure or resource exhaustion on the compression device. A non-zero value means some packets may have been dropped or corrupted due to buffer starvation.
