What is accCfgDisp?

This determines what action the device takes after successfully downloading a new configuration: either 'reset' (reboot and apply configuration) or 'reload' (apply without power-cycling). Network engineers use this to control whether the device needs a full restart or can apply changes immediately to minimize downtime. Setting it to 'reset' causes the device to reboot and activate the new configuration on startup.
