What is accBootState?

This read-only OID reports the current state of BOOTP client operation (initial, disabled, requesting, waiting, configuring, complete, or failed). Engineers monitor this to troubleshoot boot failures and understand what stage the configuration process is in. For example, 'complete' means configuration downloaded and applied successfully, while 'failed' indicates a problem during download or execution.
