What is accAtZoneBynameNetMin?
This field holds the starting network number (16-bit value) for the range of AppleTalk networks assigned to a zone identified by name. Administrators use it to understand which network ranges belong to a specific zone. For example, a value of 0x1000 (decimal 4096) marks the first network in the zone's address space.
