What is accAtZipStatsInTakeDowns?

This counter tracks how many ZIP take-down request packets arrived, which are notifications that certain zones or network segments are going offline. Network engineers care about this because take-down messages should trigger your router to stop routing to those segments and update devices accordingly. Seeing 3 take-downs might mean 3 network segments were intentionally shut down for maintenance.
