What is accAtRtmpStatsOutResponses?

This counter tallies the RTMP response packets the router sends back when other routers request its routing table information. Engineers use this to confirm the router is properly responding to neighbor queries and fulfilling its role in the AppleTalk network. A value of 50,000 responses sent indicates the router has answered neighbor requests that many times, showing it is participating in the routing protocol.
