What is accAtRtmpStatsOutRequests?

This counter measures how many RTMP request packets the router has sent out to learn about other networks on the AppleTalk network. Engineers check this to confirm the router is actively querying its neighbors for routing updates during normal network operation. A value of 12,850 means the router has sent that many requests, which should roughly match the number of responses received if the network is stable.
