The number of RTMP packets which could not be sent because of some internal error.

What is accAtRtmpStatsOutErrors?

This counter tracks RTMP packets that the router could not send due to internal errors or lack of resources. Engineers monitor this to identify whether the router itself is having trouble transmitting routing information to its peers, which would break network topology sharing. A value climbing past 100 errors would indicate a problem inside the router that may require a reboot or configuration review.
