What is accAtRouteFilterRangeMin?
This OID stores the lowest destination network address (2 bytes) in the route range being filtered. Engineers use this to define where in the address space a route filter should begin applying. For example, bytes 0x10 0x00 means route filtering starts at network address 0x1000.
